There are various kinds of leak check method in the production line such as visual test in the water, pressure method and flow method.
Each method has merit and demerit. The suitable method selection is required corresponding to the purpose.
For example, pinhole check of plastic bottle or paper cup, that we would not like to give force, is possible by using flow sensor even in the low pressure.
And as it is different from pressure method and quick check is available without waiting pressure drop after filling, the mass production line speed is accelerated!
