~What is the condition of pneumatic equipments for outdoor use?~

How do you think about the condition of products for outdoor use? For example, there are several standards of candidacy test such as JIS 20205 of automobile parts and JIS H8502 of plating.

しHowever, there are no unified standard of candidacy for outdoor use pneumatic equipments. In the meanwhile CKD prepared 3 kinds of candidacy test and standard value for pneumatic valve as follows;

1．Sun shine meter test: 1,000 hours ( useful life 3 years equivalent)
2．(Salt, dry, wet ) Combined cycle test:960hours (useful life 7 years equivalent)
3．Ozone exposure test: 400 hours, JIS D0205 at 0.5ppm

To clear these test, CKD developed the pneumatic valve, 4Fseries for outdoor use. 4F outdoor option has IP65 protection structure and sealant structure using sealant material applicationto the electric connecting parts and stainless screw (SUS XM7). Therefore it is very available for outdoor safety use.
