New recruit "Mirai"'s worry of manufacturing Part2
Wait a minute! Is that bracket really necessary?
I am Mirai, a new recruit. I am assigned to design of equipment! This time, I was asked to design a handling machine and I am struggling with it again. I visited Mr. Fuss-free again for help.
Thank you so much for your help the other day, Mr. Fuss-free! This customer wants to use a guided cylinder for high precise handling, but the bracket is pretty complicated. Do I need to set it up by myself?
Well, you may have trouble with mounting bracket.
Let's see...the design this time have...two ways.
1. Use of Y-Z axis
2. Direct mounting
You know all about it, Mr. Fuss-free!
I'm thinking of the figure 1 but it is complicated.
Figure 1 does handling by using Y-Z axis.
FIgure 2 is mounted directly, but the table must be vertical to the wall.
That is why you chose this bracket the purpose is achievable but it must be hard to set up by yourself.
Besides, you need to think about rigidity.
Considering residity, designing and setting up... Oh no, I am about to panic again!
Actually, there is an item for easy bracket. You may not have to use any bracket. It has various ways to use and it is able to mount on three sides.
That is the figure 2! What do you think? Don't you feel like you can do it on your own?
That is great! Then I can do it by myself!
It seems to applicable to other things.
My development ability will be increased!
