New recruit "Mirai" 's worry of manufacturing Part3
Mysterious water spouting out from the small cylinder! What is going on?
Thank you always for helping me, Mr. Fuss-free! Our customer found water spouting out from the small cylinder. I don't know what to do.
Can you tell me how come it happens?
Mm... it might be an adiabatic expansion.
Wait a minute. What is the adiabatic expansion???
It's a phenomenon of energy loss and temperature.
Fall after stretching out the gas. When the capacity of piping is larger than that of cylinder, the air inside cylinder expands at exhaust and the temperature drops causing dew condensation.
I see. Now I understand how it happens.
What should I do now? Shorten the piping or what?
I'll show you 3 types of solutions. You can choose the best depending on the situation.
1.Use thinner tube to make piping capacity smaller.
2.Mount quick exhaust valve to make piping capacity smaller.
3.Install an air dryer to remove moisture in the air.
I'll try ' 1. Use thinner tube ' this time.
Now I can help our customer solve the problem! Thank you very much!
What would be the item Mr. Fuss-free suggested?!
1.Use thinner tubes !
2.Check here for ' Mount quick exhaust valve' !
3.Check here for ' Install an air dryer ' !
