Temperatures of steam can go hundreds of degrees! When the temperature of water goes beyond 100℃, it forms steam (vapors) and becomes "superheated".This superheated steam technology can be used in various applications. In household usage, it can be used in ovens and toasters; in manufacturing, for heat treatment processes.
